"Open source" generally refers to any piece of software which usually available at no charge to web developers and is downloadable from the Internet. Since this software is generally available at no charge, Wham Productions is able to hold down the cost to its customers when developing their websites. Basically we get paid for knowing how to install the software and configure it, and then for being able to give the website the front end appearance that the owner wants for it.
